RETURNS POLICY

If your parcel from Football Cards and Stickers hasn’t arrived within the specified shipping time for your location, please contact us within 5 working days. Failure to do so, resulting in the return of the parcel, will require you to cover the full cost of a second shipping charge.

If you change your mind and want a refund for your order, a £2 refund transaction fee, along with the shipping cost (if already dispatched), will be deducted.

For any product-related claims such as transport damage or incorrect goods, please notify us via email within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Once the claim is confirmed, we will promptly provide a replacement or issue a full credit to your account. Footballcardsandstickers.co.uk will bear the responsibility and cost of reshipping the product, with no additional charges imposed on our customers.

PRODUCT RETURNS

You can return non-defective products within 14 days of the invoice date, provided they are in new condition with all original packaging and accompanied by the invoice/receipts. We will issue a refund for the product, deducting the original shipping cost we incurred. However, if an incorrect item was shipped, restocking fees and shipping charges will not apply.

Please note that all purchases from Football Cards and Stickers are subject to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for the items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

We offer product exchanges within 14 days of the invoice date, provided the items are returned to our store in the same condition as they were received. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the parcel to Football Cards and Stickers, as well as the costs for the replacement to be sent out.
